CUBA:16 is a photography and art book documenting my time spent in Cuba in 2004.

As a teenager I apprenticed with artists and photographers in Havana, and spent time at the homes and rehearsals of the Buena Vista Social Club.

As one of the last American travelers in the country before the 2004 tightening of travel and remittance, I witnessed a pivotal moment in time, albeit with naive eyes.
